Are you open for 24 hours?

Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, in-house guests can contact us at 0488 030 739 for any issues or emergencies after hours.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, we strictly implement quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Failure to comply may lead to extra charges or eviction without refund.

How do I access the Wi-Fi password?

You'll find the Wi-Fi password conveniently placed in the room's compendium on the first page. Alternatively, a QR code is available inside each room.

Are there laundry facilities onsite/in rooms?

We don't have laundry facilities on-site, but there is a convenient laundromat located just across the road.

Is a damage/security deposit required at check-in?

Yes, a $150 deposit is mandatory at check-in. Please note that funds released from a Pre-Authorisation/hold on a DEBIT card may take 2-7 business days to become available again, depending on your bank. Please plan your budget accordingly. If unable to provide any form of security, check-in cannot be completed. This does not apply to VIPs, regulars, and some corporate account guests - please confirm at check-in.

Do you accept room payment in cash on arrival?

We don't accept any methods of payment on arrival, except for the damage/security deposit. Full payment is due 48 hours before arrival to align with our 48-hour cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur full accommodation costs.

Are pets allowed?

We strictly do not allow any pets on the premises.

Is there an elevator/disability access?

We don't have an elevator or disability access. All floors (including Ground Floor) require staircase access.

How many steps?

From the Upper Level Carpark:

  • 30 steps down to Ground Floor/Reception

  • 10 steps down to Level 2

  • 10 steps up to Level 3/Top Level

From the Undercover Carpark (2.1m clearance):

  • 10 steps down to Ground Floor/Reception

  • 10 steps up to Level 2

  • 30 steps up to Level 3/Top Level

Is there onsite parking?

Yes, we offer two parking options: an Undercover Carpark with a 2.1-meter clearance and 10 steps down to Ground Floor/Reception, or the Upper Level Carpark with open-air parking, 30 steps down to Ground Floor/Reception.

Is there a daily room cleaning service?

Yes, we offer a daily room cleaning/restocking service between 10 AM and 12:30 PM, unless the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed on your door at any time during that timeframe.

Do you accept early check-ins?

Check-in begins 12:30 PM. Early check-ins aren't guaranteed. To secure an early check-in, it's essential to add and pay for the night before your planned arrival.

Can you do late check-outs?

Check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are rarely allowed, particularly on busy days. To guarantee a late check-out, you'll need to book and pay for that night's stay.

Which rooms have sea views?

All our rooms boast picturesque sea views, facing the same direction.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is permitted only outside and on the balconies with the door closed. Non-compliance may result in an additional charge to your card/bond.
